How to use reshade sims 4

I went through the same steps as I did a week ago, but when I tried to open my game it wouldn't launch.

After the issue was resolved I tried to use my reshade gain but none of the F2 combinations worked, and so I assumed that reshade was deleted so I reinstalled it. Hello, I have installed reshade a week ago with no problem what so ever, but after having a bit of issues with my game I reinstalled sims4.
